We are one and connected flow When we connect to sensuality we connect to authenic joy/enthusiasm that we had as a child and part of you plugs back into life. Your sensuality in life (not in sex as society would teach) ignites the scared light on your deepest longings and desires too long put to the way side. They then create & make life breathing work of art and a loving tribute to the higher power. Our ego is the part of us that brings fears, words ''I can't'', ''I am not good enough'' & ''I should not'', ‘they are this’. The ego makes us feel shame, self doubt, inadequacy & disconnection from ourselves & separation from each other. Turning back to sensuality & feeling life's magnificence allows us to experience the pleasures of life again and pleasure shifts our chemistry. It realises the feel good chemicals, endorphins, oxytocin, serotonin & dopamine. These over power the feel bad chemical cortisol. When this happens it shifts us inside to feel truly good about ourselves, it shifts the balance of power & our confidence soars, our shame disappears, our judgment of others no longer controlling our thoughts, making way for more happiness. Pleasure is a direct antidote to lack of confidence & powerlessness. The journey from victim to hero is only possible through it. If we neglect to see sensuality as so much more than just society version of sex we lose the ability to experience pleasure/passion in our day to day lives. Then we experience stress & our body produces stress hormones such as cortisol, epinephrin & norepinephrine. These hormones restrict blood flow & our nitric oxide levels decrease. This means fewer neurotransmitters, which leads to increased depression, irritation, sadness, loneliness & anger. This is the current life for so many of us & this also means serious health issues suppressed immune system, decrease memory & learning abilities, lower bone density, increases in blood pressure, raised cholesterol, weight gain & heart disease. Sensuality is the pathway to personal healing, fulfillment and the journey home. I am not what I have, I am not what I do, I am not what I love or who loves me. I am something underneath it all.

me to talk about, apologies if I sound a bit upset when I speak but it was HARD to talk about this and brought some memories out that I had buried for a long time. I didn’t know what the best way to talk about this was, just decided to have no filter and show my emotions.

Today’s topic is about how I dealt with my eating disorders and along with this , I give out some tips on how to gain weight for those who find it really hard. I edited and cut so many parts in this videos so apologies if it doesn’t look perfect. Just wanted to put it out there and hope that some people who are or have gone through a hard time, can find the courage to change their life because it is possible you can rise up from a dark place, it is okay to seek help, to be vulnerable. .

This is not just for people who have suffered from eating disorders but I hope that this video can encourage and inspire any person out there to follow their fitness goals, their career, their life goals. Do it for yourself and not for anyone else, you are all much more powerful than you think :)
